Think back to the last movie, report, or YouTube vlog you watched; chances are, a drone was used in every single one of them. Establishing wide shots with a parallax effect, top-down views, or dynamic tracking of moving objects are just a few examples of shots that can brilliantly enhance almost any production. Yet, there are also perhaps less creative but equally vital applications, such as inspecting ongoing construction projects and existing real estate.
GEAR
I operate a DJI Mavic 3 Classic which offers exceptional image quality and, thanks to its weight of under 900g, ability to fly in numerous locations where, under the legal framework effective since January 1st 2026, heavier drones are either prohibited, highly restricted, or require achieving special permits. To ensure top-tier results even on the brightest days, there is also a professional set of Freewell ND/PL filters at dosposal.
QUALIFICATIONS
I have of course the proper qualifications issued by the Civil Aviation Authority of the Republic of Poland / EASA in categories A1, A2, A3 & STS01, as well as the insurance policy.
POSTPRODUCTION
In case of film postproduction I rely on DaVinci Resolve Studio software, whereas in photography on Affinity. The process is always supported by regularly calibrated monitors, including Asus Proart PA32UCDM, Wacom Intuos Pro M graphical tablet, Stream Deck XL console and Blackmagic Design Mini Panel.
