At Kaktus.studio, you can choose from four subscription plans: STARTER, BASIC, MEDIUM and PRO. The most accessible entry point for our collaboration is the STARTER plan at 1,400 PLN net, which provides one shoot day per quarter with a single camera operator on set. Depending on your strategy, this time allows you to record material for either 1 long-form horizontal video (16:9) such as a podcast, training video, or employer branding content or up to 4 vertical Reels. You can also repurpose horizontal footage into a vertical format to create a reel as a short teaser for your main content. Furthermore, the price includes basic motion design and infographics, subtitles, two 60-minute online strategy meetings per quarter, and 6-month footage archiving. With this plan, you can publish up to 16 videos per year.

The BASIC plan, priced at 2,100 PLN net, serves as an upgrade to the STARTER. While maintaining the same shooting frequency, it provides a second camera operator on set. Depending on the project’s needs, the second operator can manage a second camera or assist with quicker transitions between locations. This setup allows you to capture material for up to 6 Reels in a single day, while longer form horizontal content gains a more professional polish through additional camera angles. With this plan, you can publish up to 24 videos per year.

To increase shooting frequency, you should select either the MEDIUM plan at 3,100 PLN net or the PRO plan at 6,000 PLN net, which offer shoot days every two months and every month, respectively. Both plans provide 12-month footage archiving and subtitles for all videos / reels. Additionally, the PRO plan includes an AI voiceover for your productions.
